Hotel-Restaurant Marina Di Lava is located right on the beach of Golfu di Lava, on the west side of the island. This hotel is the perfect getaway from the noise of the city and crowds of tourists, offering a peaceful setting where you can truly relax and enjoy your vacation by the sea. Pleasantly low-key and away from the typical tourist trail, it’s about a 30-minute drive from Ajaccio.

The beach is not a private beach of the hotel, however it feels like that as there are not so many people coming to this beach, which makes it a peaceful beach.

The hotel features an on-site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a bar overlooking the sea that’s open from morning until late at night. Nearby, you’ll also find several companies offering water sports such as diving, jet skiing, boat tours, and more.

The room area has a wonderfully open, village-like feel that gives you a real sense of freedom and calm. Renovated in 2019, the rooms have a modern, cozy feel. Each one comes with free WiFi, air conditioning, a balcony or terrace, and a flat-screen TV.

Things to Consider

– Hotel-Restaurant Marina Di Lava is distant from other areas and no public transportation goes there, therefore having a car is highly recommended.

– There is no SPA or pool on-site, but the sea more than makes up for it.

– Breakfast is not included in the room rate and is available for €17.

– The reception is open only between 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00.

– The hotel doesn’t provide beach towels.
