Sheraton Hotel Poznan - Review

Sheraton Hotel Poznań enjoys a highly strategic location, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel is approximately a 15 minute walk from Poznań Central Station and the Avenida Shopping Mall, about 10 minutes on foot from the city center, and just 5 minutes from the Old Zoo. The airport is conveniently accessible by tram line 159, with a journey time of around 20 minutes, providing easy connections to and from Poznań Ławica Airport.

The hotel presents a modern and well maintained atmosphere, with high standards of cleanliness throughout the property. Breakfast is offered at 75 PLN per person, which represents very good value for a five star hotel.

Guests also have access to a range of high quality facilities, including a sauna, a heated indoor swimming pool located on the 8th floor with panoramic city views, and a fully equipped gym open 24/7. The pool area is open until 23:00, allowing guests to relax even after a full day of sightseeing or meetings.

Guest rooms are spacious and contemporary, measuring approximately 28–30 square meters, and are thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort. Each room is wellequipped with a flatscreen TV, free WiFi, a work desk, ample storage space for luggage, a coffee machine, mini bar, and complimentary bottled water. A small welcome gesture adds a pleasant personal touch to the stay.

Things to Consider

– Hotel rates vary significantly between low and high seasons. Visiting Poznań during the low season is highly recommended, as the hotel occupancy tends to be lower and prices are considerably more affordable.

– During peak hours, particularly between 09:00 and 11:00, the breakfast area can become crowded. At these times, the seating arrangement may feel tight, and the overall dining experience can be less relaxed due to high guest traffic.

– The Saunas are relative small.
